Steps to obtain Certificate of Completion

 

Step 1: After attending all the sessions, you are all set to take the final examination to get Certificate of Completion. For taking the final examination, you need to pay Rs. 2360/- (inclusive of 18% GST) towards examination fee. You need to pay the examination fee through online using the link: https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corpID=384515


       a) After clicking the above link, select fee category as "Mooc Certificate" from the list.

       b) Fill the details and please note that, you need to fill registered email & mobile no.

       c) Pay Fee
 

Step 2: After paying the fee, you need to send the fee receipt to mooc@iift.edu with the Subject Line "MOOC Certificate Fee" from your register email id. In the mail, please mention your Full Name (English and Hindi both) that needs to be displayed in the Certificate, your registered mobile number and also attach your recent passport size photograph that needs to be affixed in your certificate.
 

Step 3: Within 10 working days, of your mail regarding payment, you will receive a mail from mooc@iift.edu for payment confirmation along with an Examination Code.
 

Step 4: After receiving the Examination Code, you are all set for taking examination. Please login to Mooc website and click on "Take Final Examination Link" from the Home Page.
 

Step 5: Now, give your Examination Code, and click on the Button "Take Examination"
 

Step 6: You will be getting 50 multiple choice question and you need to complete the examination within 90 minutes.
 

Step 7: Your score will be displayed immediately after completing the examination. If your score is 50% and above, you are eligible for the certificate. After the successful completion of examination, you need to send a mail from your registered email id to mooc@iift.edu attaching the screen shot of the “successful completion” score  sheet along with your recent passport-size photograph and your Complete Name in CAPITAL LETTERS (English and Hindi both) to process  your Certificate. In case you feel any difficulty in writing your name in Hindi, you can request the same to be done by the Institute. You can download your e-Certificate from the MOOC Web Portal's Home page which are issued on a fortnightly basis with the below timeline.

Receipt of mail from participants along with score sheet between 1st  to 15th day of Month

Certificate will be available to download on or after 25th day of same month

Receipt of mail from participants along with score sheet between 16th to 30th day of Month

Certificate will be available to download on or after 10th day of next month


Step 8: In case of scoring less than 50% you will be allowed to take the examination again and you can attempt the examination any number of times. There is no additional fee for re-examination.
